He was born on May 21, 1982 and was the son of Evelyn (Card) and Kelly Becker.

Joe was of the Catholic faith.

He attended Panther Valley Schools. 

Joe most recently worked for Solt Landscaping. 

He enjoyed sports, tattoo’s, and cars.

Joe is preceded in death by; uncle Vince Becker; uncle Michael Becker; uncle James Becker; aunt Patricia Lapp-Becker; uncle Allen Card; uncle Richard Card, Jr.; grandparents Florence & Richard Card Sr.; grandparents Kathleen & George Becker.

In addition to his parents, Joe is survived by; sister Sheena Becker, Lansford; sister Marisa Becker, Summit Hill; children Joseph Jr., Damian, & Zayne; nephews Jason & Kale; niece Janessa; granddaughter Renley; many aunts & uncles.
