Paul J. Mika, 26, of Jim Thorpe passed away September 20th at Chestnut Hill Hospital, Norristown with his family by his side. 

Paul was born in Lehighton on August 6, 1995.  

He was the son of the Tammy Mertz and the late David M. Mika.   

Paul attended Panther Valley High School.  

He was the significant other of Felicia Gombert.

Paul was of the Christian faith.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching sports.  Paul was an avid Eagles and Bulls fan.

He was last employed by Seitz Brothers, Tamaqua. 

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Dorothy & Michael Mika.

Paul is survived by; mother Tammy Mertz, Allentown; significant other Felicia Gombert, Lansford; sons Blake & Jase Mika; brother John Shubeck Jr., Lansford; brother Lucas Mika, Jim Thorpe; brother Jason Mika, Wilkes-Barre; aunt Katie Mertz, Lansford; aunt Sara Mertz, Weissport; maternal grandparents Norman & Jeanne Mertz, Jim Thorpe; maternal grandmother Elizabeth Mertz, Lansford.

Paul is also survived by several nieces/nephews.
